How do I redeem points?Updated 2 years ago

Redeem your points for a free product in your next order! Simply log in to your account and visit the Alpha Collective Rewards Cabinet to redeem your points for a product. Your cart must contain at least one paid product. 

For a limited time, points can be redeemed for a discount on your order at checkout! Minimum spend of £50 applies.

• 75 points = £5 OFF
• 150 points = £10 OFF
• 225 points = £15 OFF
• 300 points = £20 OFF

To redeem your points simply log in to your Alpha Collective account here.

Please note: If you are logged in to Shop Pay you will still need to log in to your Alpha-H account to access your reward points.

Once you have added products to your cart, proceed to checkout and view order summary to see your rewards.

If you are logged in to Shop Pay, order summary is located at the bottom of the page during checkout.

In order summary you can select the number of points you wish to redeem from the drop-down and select ‘Apply’.
